This is the best Taco Bell on the East Side. Fast service the girl working at midnight 9/23 into 24 deserves a raise. Everyone was friendly and the food was served hot fresh and quick. Little Chute taco bell and that den of degenerate circus folk couldlearn a thing or two from the crew here. Thank you all for being here and just doing your job.
Food is good (best Taco Bell I have been to) but so understaffed. Waited Romulus 45 minutes in drive through with just 2 cars before me to order (4 -5total), so after paying you could see it looks like there were only 2 people and the person takingorders said it was his first day. Very nice people and no things bad to say about them.
Order 4 soft taco and it was disgusting. Didn't eat it till I got home and thank goodness cause it looks really gross and disgusting. They messed up 1 of my taco with only cheese in it. Best advice stay away till they have better employees. I threwaway all 4 right to the trash. Waste of 6 dollars. ???????? Just HORRIBLE.
A burrito ordered was missing and another burrito was not made how it was ordered. Everything was correct on the screen but not in the bag, luckily i was still in the parking lot. Human error they were very busy. They fixed the issue with no questions orproblems. It just took an extra 20 min of my time to wait in line and for the food to be made. I had to eat a little fasterthan I would have liked to on my break.

I used the drive-thru and there was only one car in front of me. It took more than five minutes to receive just one Crunchwrap Supreme. I paid with my debit card, but I had to ask the worker to give it back to me.
I've ordered food from doordash from here two times now, and both orders have been unacceptable. The first time I ordered a quesadilla combo with a soft taco, and both items showed up as slimy. I've eaten plenty of greasy taco bell, and this was not that. I ended up throwing it away because I didn't want to risk food poisoning. The most recent time I ordered the same thing, and my quesadilla had glitter on it.
Waited in line for 25 min without anybody coming to the window to talk our order. There were about 10 people in line behind us. We pulled up to the window to see if there was anybody there and there were 4 people right by the window talking. This was at 11 pm.
In the drive thru right now. 2 hrs before close. Treated very nasty. Told her we had a Mobile order to which she said let me guess its gonna be big, just go back around after we 've been waiting for over 20 min. They also weren 't serving anyone who wouldn 't place a mobile order. Absolutely horrible. This chic shouldn 't be employed. I would 've fired her in a heartbeat for the slow and disrespectful service. For the record my order was one item and a drink. GET YOUR **** TOGETHER.

Among Taco Bell locations in the Fox Valley, this one stands out as one of the best. The food quality and the staff seem to be consistently better than at other nearby locations. If you don’t want to wait in line for too long, I recommend placing your order through the app.

The food was great—definitely the best Taco Bell I've been to. However, the atmosphere felt quite understated. I waited about 45 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of me, which seemed odd given there were 4-5 staff members working. After I paid, I noticed that it appeared there were only two employees on duty, and the person who took my order mentioned it was his first day. The staff were very nice, and I have no complaints about them.
The food was good. I always enjoy a Taco Supreme and Mini Cinnamon. The drive through help could use a course in customer service and basic human interaction.
No clue why they claim to serve breakfast. Never seem to be ready to serve. Last week no eggs at 810 am, but lunch was available?!! I have had several occasions where I was told they were not ready to serve, other times the claimed equipment issues. Once was cash only…exact change. Seriously who owns this business. No need for staff for breakfast shift. If you wonder why nobody buys, it’s because your staff is not ready to serve. I am talking 8 am!!!
