Today I left this location without ordering. I stood waiting to order for some time. I could see 4 employees working at the time two with headsets on, one preparing food, and perhaps one cashier. After watching 2 of the employees attend to drive thru customers who arrived after I did. Then, one employee walked past me to go talk to another employee. This place has gone down hill. They cater to the drive thru while paying customers are waiting to sit and have a fresh meal. The Manager is rude and has no idea...

This location is very busy. The food is good but there is frequently a 15-20 minute wait for many of the items we really like.
