We celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary yesterday by enjoying the Riverwalk in Appleton. We happened on Mr. Brew's Taphouse and decide to have dinner there.... read more We celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary yesterday by enjoying the Riverwalk in Appleton. We happened on Mr. Brew's Taphouse and decide to have dinner there. Our waiter, Wes, was great! Very friendly, very efficient. He came out to apologize because they had run out of a few appetizers, one of which we had ordered. We couldn't remember what other choices there were, so Wes suggested the homemade chips. They were fantastic! Our sandwiches were really delicious (Mac cheese burger for me, pulled pork sandwich for Bruce)!!! The outdoor seating was a bonus! We would highly recommend this restaurant. We hope to get back some time soon.

The gourmet burgers are outstanding and the hand-cut fries with Cajun seasoning were cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is excellent. Overall, it's a great place.
