What Steve H doesn't like about Josef's Gyros Kabobs:
The perfect example of the decline of customer service. My wife walked in and you have to use some digital kiosk to order and pay using your phone. Asked for your phone number and to sign up for some loyalty program. Just wanted some gyros. She said everyone was just standing around and ignored her. She walked out and never was able to order. The best kind of gyro and Greek place, barely enough room for the customers to wait for their food alongside the kitchen, watching a cylinder of meat rotate mouth wateringly. The light flickering as its beams are broken by the blades of the woefully insufficient ceiling fan (just doing its best).It's delicious; they're great; it's great; eat here. View all feedback.
