Was jeanne immel at Funset Boulevard a mag?

This is a lovely spot with plenty of activities for kids. It can get quite expensive unless you establish a budget beforehand. We visited to check it out for a birthday celebration. The package prices seem high to me, so we're still on the fence about it. View all feedback.

What jeanne immel dislikes about Funset Boulevard:

It had been a few years since my last visit, so we decided to check it out last weekend. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to see how much this place has declined. About half of the games were out of order, and the kids' play area felt dim and uninviting. This place used to be very popular, but I can now understand why fewer people are choosing to come here. It’s a decent spot with plenty of games, but most of them are somewhat old and outdated. Many are either out of order or not working properly, and some machines even take your tokens without paying out. I wish they would update the games and adopt a system like Dave & Buster’s, where you use a card with digital tokens and earn digital tickets for prizes. Despite this, it’s still a fun place to hang out and pass the time.

It's been a few years since my last visit, but we went back last weekend. Unfortunately, the place has declined quite a bit. Nearly half of the games were out of order, and the kids' play area felt dark and uninviting. This spot used to be bustling, but now it’s clear why it’s lost its appeal.

Funset Boulevard, located within the Marcus Hollywood Cinema complex near The Fox River Mall, offers a unique blend of dining and entertainment. This indoor amusement center features a vast arcade with every type of game imaginable, a full-sized carousel, laser tag, bumper cars, mini bowling, and a kiddie climbing play area complete with a small train ride. Many arcade games award tickets that can be exchanged for prizes and candy. The venue also includes rental party rooms and a classic 1950s-style dining area adorned with Hollywood decor and memorabilia. The menu offers a variety of delicious food and adult beverages, which can be enjoyed in the restaurant or taken into the adjacent theater. With friendly and helpful staff, Funset Boulevard truly lives up to its name by putting the fun in every visit.

It's a decent spot with plenty of games, but many of them are quite old and outdated. A lot are out of order or not functioning properly, and some even eat your tokens or ask for more. I really wish they would upgrade the games and implement a system like Dave & Buster's, where you can use a card with digital tokens and earn digital tickets for winning. That said, it’s still a fun place to spend some time.
