We had an incredible experience at this restaurant from the moment we walked in until we left. The food was hot and fresh! The dish we ordered was so hearty that we ended up needing to take some home in to-go boxes, giving us enough for an entire additional meal. The STREET CORN was absolutely amazing! It was so delicious that we ordered some extra to take home as well. Our waiter was truly one of the best. He was friendly and answered our questions without making us feel like we were a burden, even though we arrived for dinner at 8:30 PM when he had other tasks to complete before closing. He quickly refilled our drinks and took excellent care of us! We will definitely make the 1.5-hour drive to come back to this place again!
The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. Additionally, the drinks at the bar are top-notch.
I visited this restaurant for lunch with my fiancé, and our experience was quite disappointing. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to share, but after about 40 minutes, the manager came over to inform us that there was a mix-up with our order and that our food would be out shortly. After waiting an additional 45 minutes and having consumed two drinks each, we had reached our limit and decided to cancel our order. Unfortunately, the staff showed no understanding or sympathy towards our situation. I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning.

Chili's Grill isn’t what it used to be. The ribs were somewhat overcooked, and they’ve removed the cole slaw, which used to pair well with the meal.
