Their coc... read more Let's be honest, Buffalo Wild Wings is the best! It's an excellent spot to watch a game, as they have numerous TVs and a wide variety of beer options. Their cocktail menu is impressive as well, and of course, you can't forget about THE WINGS! They've also expanded their menu to include other non-wing items like burgers and Bird Dogs.

She ended up waiting on us and... read more Went for dinner last night and they were very busy and short staffed. Anna sat us immediately and told us a server would be back. She ended up waiting on us and could not have been friendlier even though it was apparent she was crazy busy. Keep her because good employees are hard to find! She is the reason I'm giving you a 4 star. Food was fine but came out at weird times. Restaurant needs a good cleaning.

Used be be the darling in the beer and wings industry and I loved coming here back in the day for the cheap Tuesday wings and buffalo chips. They don't even try to sell you traditional wings anymore. Next phase is to actually remove them from the menu and you have to ask for them specially. Food quality has gone down hill dramatically, service at this location is horrible. I swear every time I go here prices have gone up...even before inflation hit. They charge you fees on fees to order through their own website and now credit card fees for dine in and take out...and then they ask for a tip for take out as well...jeeze when does it end Diane? Plenty of other bars and restaurants that offer better wings for a better price. This is a restaurant that needs to reflect on how they got so large and get back to basics...Beer, wings, sports!! That's what it was all about. Also, stop asking people to fill out your form. Good restaurants know what they do well and know what they need to improve on. This is a franchise, not a local bed and breakfast. Start being proactive about the problems in your restaurant and make amends with the customer before they leave the building.

We didn't get exactly what we ordered, seems like they substituted our order to their liking without telling us. Waited over 1/2 hour for our food, and then was told we had todownload an app to pay for our meal. Let's just say, we will not be going there again anytime soon.
