Needed a cold drink and wanted to try the new fish. The lady that took our order was scatter brained and confusing. Our food was way too expensive for what it was. Fish was ok, lemonade was good but curly fries should be tender, curly yummy not overly cooked hard little pieces from the bottom of the bag ???? View all feedback.

If I could give a ZERO star I would. This place is a joke. I had to repeat our order 2 times because of all the things they got wrong. They rang it up wrong and then wouldn't give me the fries because I didn't pay for them. I ordered a Diet Dr Pepper which was repeated to me but got a Diet Coke. They should probably pay for an upgrade to their menu board so people can do their job for them and confirm their order is... View all feedback.

Horrible customer service! Received cold food after waiting over 25 minutes for an online order in the drive-through. I?ve never been treated so rudely! This was the East Calumet location in Darboy Wisconsin. I?ve never been so angry with anywhere I?ve ever eaten before!

I have only eaten at this restaurant a few times in the past few years. The food was okay, but my orders have been correct only about half of the time. The customer service is also lacking.
I have worked at arbys before and I know that this is a batch of mozzarella sticks that has been sitting out for AWHILE . The fact that they were not busy and still handed me these nasty soppy wet greasy mozzarella sticks is ridiculous.
