We previously dined at the Thai corner frequently, but ceased going as the price always seemed to be far higher than other similar places.We dined at Thai corner recently and found that whilst generally they are more expensive than similar, the price was far more reasonable.Each of the dishes that we had were very good and a delight to dine on. New location. Nice ambience but the food wasn't as impressive as we had hoped.It was a special occasion and we had been looking forward to great Thai food.The prawn dishes were not very appetising and a lot was left. This is hands down the best Thai food I have ever had! The staff is friendly, the food is incredible, and the service is top-notch. It's definitely the best restaurant I've ever been to.
I haven't been to Thai Corner in about 25 years since I moved to another state. I haven't found Thai food that I really enjoyed since then, until now. Everything I ate at Thai Corner reminded me of how good the food used to be. My memories were correct - the food is still fantastic. The old favorites like Mee Krob were still crunchy, light, and sweet, while new dishes like the Green Papaya salad were incredibly delicious. This is the best Thai food in my opinion. It was great to see Jerry still working there, a bit older, balder, and bigger. I would be too if I could eat this food all the time.
The food was exceptional and the service provided by all the waitstaff and the owner was top-notch. The new location is smaller and the temperature inside was quite hot even with the fans and air conditioning running. The tables were bare and resembled pub tables, appearing a bit sticky.
Always have Thai Corner when I visit Perth best Thai in WA. Have been regular customer for 15 years the high standard of food there has never faltered. Lovely staff owners.
Amazing food, great service. Thai Corner never disappoints. If you enjoy genuine Thai food then this is the place to go.
