White Castle - Apple Valley

The food at this café is top notch - fresh and delicious. The service is excellent as well. It has quickly become one of our favorite spots to eat, and we can't wait to come back soon!

The waitress was very pleasant during my visit. Although I didn't catch her name, her number on the receipt was 514.

The frustrating experience at this restaurant was worsened by the fact that the employees only communicated through a microphone, making it difficult to understand. Additionally, the service was slow, with only three cars in line taking 15 minutes to move forward. When our order was finally taken, it was repeated incorrectly multiple times. The workers at the window appeared to be disinterested and coughed without covering their mouths. The food was cold and poorly prepared. Our company will not be returning to this establishment in the future. It seems that better management and supervision of employees is needed in order to improve the overall experience.

On 10/2/2022 at 11:01 clock I have made a schedule. I made it all by home, only for my order to mislead me, even after I said how I wanted my slider for allergies. I called the load at 12:02 a.m. and a young lady answered the phone as soon as I wanted to say that I just left the drive, she was immediately suspended in my face. I couldn't even get my cake out. that was a problem now to stop some time. the young lady is always rude and I do not understand why she was not corrected. that is as unfair as you sometimes get treated with whitecastle. I could understand when I came out of rude, but she hanged on me so fast I couldn't be rude if I wanted. then I'll call back and now I'm not answering. I hope they get it together because it doesn't always make the customers mistake.

Waits in the running gear at about 40 to 45 mins that was not as fresh as it could have been and the display was misunderstood, it was so hot when we went, we could not even get a polite cold cup water. sm
