Mcdonald's - Apopka

Good service, but they do not pay attention to orders. plan cheese burger kinder meal is difficult to understand. but 4 out of 7 times they still get it wrong. they just need to take care of or train better.

They had fresh pommes and were fast! best mcdonald’s I had since my trip to florida. the customer service was great. they didn't disappoint. it is rare that I have something good to say about a mcdonalds, but this one!

Terrible customer service! I had a complaint about my mobile breakfast job and the manager said they had nothing to do with the app. She told me I could order food, but that wouldn't be an breakfast. 10:33 in the morning and the two with whom I interacted seemed as if they did not enjoy their job. no smiling no real excuses! I do not recommend this location or app if they want their food to be ready when they are there!

Ordering is always a different price than shown on the checkout screen. I'll go to the breakfast every day. this is not a problem with employees, but the management does not care about their it and computer problems.

If it was possible to give minus 5 stars I would. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I placed my specific order. Pulled to the window order was repeated incorrectly. I repeated the order. Basically I asked for everything to be cooked fresh and I was willing to wait. Nothing was prepared as requested. I spoke to the manager at the window this is where the situation escalates. He is rude and fast talking. I got home to find the order is nit what I requested. I call the store and speak with a manager .. so he said never giving a name. I asked for a refund he said bring the order back he will remake it. I told him I want a refund and I would bring the food back. He disconnected our call when he said let me talk while I was still speaking. I went back to the restaurant to give them the food vacation to obtain my refund. The doors were locked and the drive thru was packed. I will return tomorrow with the food seeking my refund and I will never go to this location ever again This! This is horrible customer service.
