I visited twice last month and each time the manager was extremely attentive and friendly. He was on duty tonight and provided excellent customer service to my partner and I. We ordered a spicy sandwich without cheese, but it still came with cheese. Instead of causing us trouble, he ensured the order was fixed and apologized. He also made sure our food was fresh and served quickly at other locations. This manager is the reason we will continue to choose this Denny's location (Apopka Main Street) over others. Thank you for everything you do, it does not go unnoticed. Denny's is lucky to have you as a manager! You truly care. Thank you again.

After another... read more After we ordered our meals, we waited for 30 minutes without receiving any food. When we asked the server, she said she would check on our order. After another 10 minutes, she returned and informed us that our meals would take another half hour. Frustrated, we decided to leave. The restaurant had four kitchen stoves and fewer than 10 tables, so we wondered where the manager was. Although the service was slow and disappointing, at least they didn't charge us for our drinks.

The restaurant was clean, with the floors, toilets, menus, and syrup containers all spotless. I had the $6.99 all-you-can-eat breakfast and the eggs were delicious. My partner ordered the spicy sizzling skillet, which was served hot and fresh. The servers were all very friendly, especially Cindy who took care of our table. The only regret was not taking pictures, but we will definitely be back and share them next time. Credit must be given where credit is due!
