I'm a huge fan of Chipotle, and this location is exceptionally well-managed. The staff was fantastic, and the food was fresh and served hot. Additionally, the store features an impressive sound system that plays great background music, elevating your Chipotle experience!
This place has just gotten to be unbearable. Our pickup orders are regularly 45 mins late and they give zero apologies or acknowledgement when you stand around for over half an hour waiting for them to make your food. Also, THIS is what $10 lookslike folks this is what my bowl looked like when I took off the lid. Just terrible all around
This location is the worst in the entire state. I live nearby and have been here countless times, but I've never had a smooth experience. I order online, and my food is rarely ready on time—often more than 25 minutes late. The place is consistently messy and dirty, with silverware and napkins frequently running out. The staff is slow, unhelpful, and seems indifferent to everything. It's just a terrible situation. I go out of my way to visit another location just to avoid this one.
Unfortunately, this visit was the last straw for this location. We've had ongoing issues here, and tonight confirmed that we will be driving a bit further to a different nearby spot. The line always takes forever to get through, even when there are only a few customers ahead. Tonight, my food sat on the counter for so long that it was cold by the time I finally got to eat it, despite dining in. While the staff is friendly, they also seem a bit disengaged. They often run out of menu items, and the restaurant is usually left dirty from previous diners. I've also noticed mobile orders just sitting around unattended. I've decided to stop ordering online because when I do, the portions are noticeably smaller. Additionally, the parking situation is typically a disaster.
The staff was extremely unwelcoming, clearly frustrated at having customers in the establishment. Service was excruciatingly slow; we waited at the register for ten minutes before the cashier finally attended to us, and she was the least polite of the group. By the time we were seated to eat, our food was cold. It was stale and far from fresh. The dining area was messy, and there was no ice available, which meant that nothing from the soda machine was enjoyable. Even my daughter’s juice box, which should have been chilled, was barely cool despite being in the cooler. Additionally, the portion sizes were absurdly small.
