The fourth time they have got the got the one item of our order wrong… this seems to be a habit… we never usually bother complaining but we just ordered two ite... read more The fourth time they have got the got the one item of our order wrong… this seems to be a habit… we never usually bother complaining but we just ordered two items … one hot honey chicken sandwich and one double bacon cheeseburger and they have put a beef patty instead of the breaded chicken in the hot honey… we usually don’t want to waste time in a drive thru to check our order … but this is ridiculous… please reprimand your staff that is either very incompetent or downright horrible to do such

They left part of our order off, when we go back to get it there was no sorry for that or anything, they just handed it to us and told us to go on ... Very displeased with the service. Even if you 're short staffed, at least try to be decent to your customers. Edit: Our order was: 1 Chilli 1 Bacon and cheese potato 1 plain hamburger 1 #6 3 Small fries 3 Small sweet teas Chilli had no flavor, potato wasn 't fully cooked, they left off one of the fries
