Panera Bread has garnered mixed reviews, with patrons praising its French onion soup but frequently expressing dissatisfaction with certain menu items, particularly the tuna sandwich, which often lacks filling. Service quality also varies; while some customers received exceptional assistance, others faced issues with order accuracy and delays. Concerns about cleanliness and response to complaints were noted in a few instances. Overall, while the restaurant offers reasonable prices and has potential, inconsistency in food quality and service may deter some from returning.

For the past three years, I've been going to Panera for bagels about once a week. Unfortunately, I've had some disappointing experiences, and today might be the last time I visit. I ordered a baker's dozen at 7:45 AM, but I received what I believe were day-old bagels, and my order was incorrect. The bagels were stale, and I struggled to reach anyone on the phone for 30 minutes to resolve the issue. I understand that many places in the service industry are facing staffing challenges, and the employees are likely stressed and overworked. However, I work hard for my money, and I know there are better options available.

Today, I ordered some soup for curbside delivery (Order #799955754). My scheduled pickup time was 11:05 AM, and I was parked in spot #2. I waited 15 minutes for my soup. Soup, of all things—how can it take that long? Eventually, I just left without my order. This is the second time this has happened to me. I will never return to this location! If someone asks for my recommendation, I will tell them to drive miles away to find a different Panera instead.

I really like Panera, but I'm not sure if I'll go back. I tried the "pick-two" option for $10, which is a reasonable price for the amount of food. The French onion soup was fantastic, but I was let down by the tuna sandwich. It seemed like I mostly got bread with just a tiny bit of tuna—definitely not worth it. I gave the meal two stars because I loved the soup, but I'll probably only return if I'm really craving it again.

I usually have great service, but our last order was terrible. Customizations were completely ignored. And our sandwiches weren?t even toasted. I asked for white cheddar cheese instead of American and that did not happen. It was like cheese slappedbetween 2 slices of bread and microwaved. Most of the cheese is outside the bread. If you are going to provide substandard foodthen you really should lower your prices.

I usually like Panera, but I’m unsure if I’ll come back. I got the $10 pick two combo, which seems fair if the portion is generous. The French onion soup was great, but the half tuna sandwich was disappointing—mostly bread with a tiny bit of tuna, which felt almost ridiculous. I gave it two stars because the soup was excellent, but I probably won’t return unless I’m really in the mood for that soup.
