This prime location on a corner lot could have been perfect for any other fast food chain, but this Hardee’s is a nightmare for the brand. It feels like kids are cooking the food—there’s not a single experienced chef in sight. Burgers come out cold or burnt, the fries are cold, and the service is lazy. It’s a complete disgrace to the Hardee’s I once loved. Nothing beats a fresh Hardee’s burger with melted cheese, fresh fries, or a patty melt, but this place fails spectacularly. If someone ever sets this location on fire, I’d be ready with marshmallows. They spent $1.2 million on this build, and it’s an absolute waste.

Update 11/11/22: Stopped by today and ordered an Angus burger—$5.99 plus tax or $9.99 for the combo. Unfortunately, the burger was lukewarm. Lesson learned: I j... read more Update 11/11/22: Stopped by today and ordered an Angus burger—$5.99 plus tax or $9.99 for the combo. Unfortunately, the burger was lukewarm. Lesson learned: I just can’t eat here. The NC Sanitary Rating of 88 says a lot too. Maybe it was an off day, but it was 12:30 PM lunchtime, so I expected everything to be hot. I ate in the parking lot. The fries were cold and stale, and the chicken strips were barely warm and much smaller than before. The Dr Pepper was the only good part. The guy taking orders was nice, but this will be the last time I stop here on impulse.

The two employees present were friendly and did their best, but by the time the food finally came, the appetite was gone.

When I... read more If I could give 0 stars I would. Came by for breakfast today . I was being rushed to place my order , the gentleman had a negative tone taking my order. When I get to the window he was on his phone not even acknowledging me which is whatever but hetakes my card then gives it back still no words exchanged. He proceeded to close the window after handing me my food. I droveoff got down the road and thought he he didn?t give me my drink. I go back he outside with a coworker smoking a cigarette. Ipull up to the window know he didn?t wash his hands I informed him he didn?t give me my drink he replied you drove off withoutit with a nasty attitude. He then gives me my drink and stares at me as I drove off. My worst experience ever at a fast foodplace. I wish Grill and Go was still at that location.
