Bad and very rude service. whoever the white mager is on the switch today is very common and rude. either he is racist or he doesn't know how to talk to the customer. my daughter asked for salat instead of rice with chicken quesadilla. he said, “No, that we can’t do this, they have to pay $1.50 for the side,” and I paid since my daughter asked. I have only little salate as you can see in the picture. even if I asked for bill, he said: "No, I can't give the reception because there are no papers. I never saw the worst
I want to give a big shout-out to the Chipotle in Apex for the fantastic lunch I had this afternoon! I ordered the chicken dish, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh rice and beans, perfectly cooked chicken, and pico de gallo that tasted like it was just made. What stood out even more was the friendly and welcoming attitude of the staff; everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. Unfortunately, this kind of service is becoming rare in many restaurants these days. Thanks for making my weekend a little brighter! Keep it up!
The only reason I?m giving this location 2 stars is because of Tess. She gave service with a smile. Other than that, this location is clearly very poorly managed. There were 4 other employees here while I was here. I walked in, Tess was clearly the only one one working. She was taking other people?s orders while everyone was else was standing around staring at me while I waited. There was one very tall man working making guacamole, but the other 3 females were clearly not interested in working. Tess took my order and was very apologetic. This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. Every single table is dirty, the trash Is spilling out onto the floor, the floor itself is covered with food and trash. I?m not sure why there are 5 people working if they can?t clean up. By the way, this was 3 o?clock on a Tuesday afternoon (10/12/21). This is sad. If I was the owner of this location I would be absolutely ashamed of how this looks. I hope you promote Tess to manager and get a hold of this place.
Worst and very rude service. Who ever the white lean guy at the counter today, he is very mean and rude. Either he is racist or he don?t know how to talk to customer. My daughter asked for lettuce instead of rice with chicken quesadilla. He said ?no wecan?t do that, you have to pay 1.50$ for side? and I paid since my daughter asked for it. Really messy and careless for a slow time of day. Only 3 customers in the restaurant, and one gentleman was friendly enough, but the other was audibly sighing and groaning repeatedly, as if he was irritated. I asked if he was having a rough day as a sort offriendly gesture, but he just said no and dismissed me. He basically threw the food around as he prepared it. Just superunprofessional. I work in the food industry and I get all of the gripes, but nothing should get in the way of good service and aclean restaurant.
