The dining experience at this restaurant is a tale of contrasts. While some patrons praise the helpful and polite staff, others lament the declining food quality and service. Many dishes, such as Kung Pao Chicken and Angus Pepper Steak, have received average to disappointing ratings, attributed to stale ingredients and insufficient portions. Critics note a lack of authentic Western U.S. flavor, with some items tasting uniform and bland. Furthermore, concerns about the use of styrofoam containers and inadequate availability of menu items after hours have left a sour taste in guests’ mouths. Overall, diners are seeking more satisfying options nearby.

Was Carol McCullough at Panda Express a mag?
The employees are wonderful. They are well groomed, polite, very efficient. I arrived early was happy to wait. I was given a free cold drink by a young man. Then a young lady copied my order off my phone filled it right away. The beef in the beef Broccoli entree was very tender. On the other hand, the Broccoli was too tough to chew. The Kung Pao Chicken was perfect as was the Beijing Beef the Chow Mein. I Will be bac... View all feedback.

What Julie S dislikes about Panda Express:
Don't bother...ordered 3 bowls and was told id have to wait because of green beans! Drove to the front and joined 2 others waiting. It wasn't busy and 1 bowl was correct out of the 3. Did not pack any soy sauce either. Forget you! View all feedback.

This is by far the worst Panda Express location I 've ever been to and unfortunately it 's the closest to my house. On many different occasions they have failed at having several basic menu items ready during peak times i.e. lunch and dinner, which is somewhat shocking because this location is never that busy compared to other locations. The only thing I can attribute these constant failures to is the management. They have decided to hire an entire staff of 18-20 year olds that barely take their job serious. On several different occasions I 've seen employees outside the store socializing with friends and not inside working and then I get the excuse sorry sir we don 't have that ready yet we 'll that 's because half of the staff is standing outside talking to their friends who pulled up. This is one of the newest locations in the east valley and it 's by far the lowest performing.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant at 5:20 PM tonight. This was my third time eating here. The food lacks flavor and tastes the same no matter what you order. While the freshness is good, the portion sizes are small for the price of $11.95 for two main dishes and a side. The service is lacking, as no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. None of the employees smiled, which has been the case during my last two visits as well. It seemed like nobody was enjoying their work. I had to take my receipt from the machine myself, as the staff member didn't offer it to me. The restaurant was clean, but I will be looking for another Chinese restaurant in Apache Junction. Thank you.

This place is just awful!! Have given 3 chances and always disappointed. The staff are rude, and don't know what they're doin..or care.Every time our food has been old dried out and doesn't taste right. Orange chicken doesn't taste like Orange chicken. Soggy rice that's mush, and burnt egg rolls. $45 of food down the drain, won't be back to Panda Express..seems a trend throughout the chain of not giving a f*ck.This store seriously needs restructured, employees retrained to suit the needs of the store and customers not their own.

Once again, went to the restaurant for dinner and half of the menu items, such as Chow Mein, were unavailable. There was nothing left to eat by 7:30pm!
