I have two main issues to point out: first, the customer service lacks responsiveness when mistakes happen, and second, the biscuits taste stale. The photo below illustrates how the biscuit crumbled, resembling something that had been reheated days after being stored in the fridge. I can't say for sure if that's the case, but if you've ever had a stale biscuit after a few days in the fridge, you might understand my concern. Overall, it's not a terrible place to grab a bite if you're looking for something to fill you up, but the quality of the food could definitely use some improvement.

This restaurant feels like it belongs at a truck stop off a highway in West Virginia, which, in my book, is a fantastic compliment for a breakfast spot. The place is clean, the food is delicious, and the waitress knows just the right balance—she gives you space to enjoy your meal without being intrusive.

Great service and absolutely scrumptious food. So glad we came back. Generous servings and really reasonable prices.

I had the half-order biscuits and gravy which came with hash browns, an egg and bacon. Could only finish about half of it. The biscuit was very tasty and huge. The gravy was delish! I highly recommend this place. My husband had the chili which he liked. The restrooms were clean and well-cared for. The picture in the ladies' was comical.
