The manager has Zero people skills and treats both customers and employees worse than most people would treat their worst enemy. The woman shouldn’t be dealing with people in any manner. Shame on you KFC for having someone like this run your business. But, rested assured, customers will stop coming if this is the treatment they have to look forward to. Shame on you.

Went to another KFC only to find them closed, Came to this one. after waiting a few minutes in drive through to order a 16 Piece and was told they only have dar... read more Went to another KFC only to find them closed, Came to this one. after waiting a few minutes in drive through to order a 16 Piece and was told they only have dark meat. how is that even possible. and told them no its not ok. at 6 PM you should have ALL available food ready. was told nothing can be done. and if i wanted to i would have to wait over 40 minutes because their Fryers malfunctioned and shut down and they have to heat up, so its not our fault The fryers do not just shut down unless YOU shut them down. When i ran KFC 's they had 4 Fryers. I know the game your played. shut down and have almost no cleanup when you close at 10. everyone in that building needs FIRED if this is the best you can do. absolutely unacceptable

I lost my appet... read more Fried chicken is supposed to be crunchy. I ordered a 16pc bucket meal. The outside of the chicken had the same consistency as the mash potatoes. I lost my appetite about halfway through my meal. My 2 other guests felt the same way. The biscuits that came with the meal were half cooked. I showed up today to express my unsatisfied experience and was told that it was a busy time of the day and it could happen but because I did not call and complain that night that there was nothing they could do. So I guess in this day of fastfood workers getting paid more than minimum wage and giving lackluster service and me having to pay way more than before is just going to be business as usual. My suggestion is to avoid going at 5pm because the food will suck and their attitude is well it just happens. Mr. Sanders would be rolling over in his grave. The meat of the chicken was more crunchy than the not so fried batter.

Flat, no texture, etc. the KFC biscuits are much better, chicken with crunchy coating also very good. Switching back from Popeyes.

That's a very good chicken sandwich. Just the right amount of bread, and it tasted like it was freshly cooked. This is a good place to chicken!

Seriously, it was very delicious roasted chicken (I really like the original recipe). There was a lot of juicy white meat, beautiful potatoes, the role was good and service was fast and polite. Note: I have gone to KFC for years and never had fried chicken there, that was not delicious in my stomach. Get real people. KFC is an American icon that sells thousands of tasty roasted chicken quickly making millions. This doesn't happen when the place sucks people. Elemental logic.
