Was Randy H at Erickberto's a mag?
The burritos at Supernaturals are excellent. Sometimes they accidentally give me a machaca burrito instead of the mixed burrito I ordered. I struggle with Spanish and their English is not the best, so there can be some confusion. View all feedback.
What M dislikes about Erickberto's:
The food at this restaurant is decent, but be prepared to wait a long time for your order. It seems like the place may be understaffed, as people often leave the drive through without receiving their food. Additionally, there is a language barrier with the workers not speaking English well. While this usually isn't a problem, I received the wrong order and had difficulty communicating my issue. I went to this restaurant and unfortunately, they cannot remove the bones from their burritos. They claimed that the peppers and paprika were already mixed in and could not be taken out. When I removed the bones myself, there was barely any meat left. I had asked for shredded beef, but ended up with a plate of peppers instead. I was disappointed with my meal and now understand why. I would give this place 3 stars for their friendly service.
The food at Filibertos was not as good as the original Ericbertos. We then went back to Ericbertos, but it was different. There was no salsa bar, probably due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The food is decent, but nothing exceptional compared to three years ago when this place was popular. Unfortunately, its glory days are behind it. Most of the time now, the food is subpar. They are very stingy with the meat portions, and the prices are high. Charging $8 for a burrito with very little meat is outrageous. Do not bother trying the chicken tacos. I've ordered them three times and each time they were cold. The beef tacos would be good if they included more than just 2 ounces of meat on each taco.
Excellent Mexican cuisine, the real thing, not taco bell fast food, all taste the same. a previous review complained about the quantity of meat in their dressing. I don't agree. I had tacos carne asada for $4.99; the amount of bark was comparable to that of a big mac or more. also it was not a primer of doubtful origin. the price of a big soda was exaggerated: $2.70! it's a bottomless cup, but still. I will bring my next time myself! the main point is, however, that eating is really delicious. If I don't feel like cooking, I make a 7-M round trip to come here, past several almost food chain restaurants on the way. They tell me that they have in the did four restaurants in az, co and ca, but they haven't lost the taste of an independent operation.
Supernaturals restaurant offers a delightful twist on traditional Mexican cuisine, enticing diners with its authentic flavors that stand apart from typical fast-food chains. While some patrons have experienced issues with order accuracy and food preparation, many others praise the generous portions and homemade quality of dishes like the Tacos Carne Asada and Caldo de Res. Despite minor inconveniences, the friendly service and reasonable prices for hearty meals have garnered a loyal following. With several locations across Arizona, Colorado, and California, it remains a must-visit for anyone craving genuine Mexican fare.

With so many other Mexican food options available, it may be worth trying a different spot if you don't want to wait a long time or risk not getting your food at all.
Getting to the drive-thru can be difficult if you're in a truck. Our order was incorrect and the prices were much higher than expected. We were charged $46 for 3 rolled tacos, 5 rolled tacos, and a California burrito. We waited a long time in the drive-thru line and then had to go through it again to get the correct price.
I used to really enjoy there food, but everytime I order through uber eats now it's like they are purposely doing my order completely wrong.

I recently dined at this Mexican restaurant and was pleased to find that it offers authentic cuisine, unlike fast food chains such as Taco Bell. I tried the Tacos Carne Asada for $4.99 and was impressed by the generous portion of beef, which was high quality. The only downside was the pricey $2.70 charge for a large soda, but I plan to bring my own beverage next time. Despite this, the food was undeniably delicious. I am willing to make a 7-mile journey to this restaurant whenever I want to enjoy a great meal, passing by numerous fast food establishments along the way. The restaurant has multiple locations in Arizona, Colorado, and California, yet it still maintains the charming feel of a small, independent eatery.
