I placed a mobile order for my sandwich, and my husband made two separate trips to pick it up, only to be told, "I haven't started on it yet." I ended up waiting an hour for just one sandwich! I'm extremely disappointed with the wait time and will never return. In my opinion, it's not worth paying for such poor service.
