What you'd expect from Sonic. Sometimes order is on point others not so much. Drinks are second to none in the area. Food was freshly made and drinks ?
There are better Sonic locations nearby. I'm not sure whether the issue lies with management or the staff, but this place has consistently declined for quite some time. There's always an employee outside smoking, and when I asked for ketchup, the staff member informed me they were on a one-hour break because the store couldn't handle labor costs. I'm quite shocked. Jerry O'Keefe worked hard to bring Sonic to Apache, and it's disappointing to see how far it has fallen under new management. While some issues, like not seasoning your burgers and cutting out gravy, are likely corporate decisions, it's clear that not all problems can be blamed on the corporate level. It's frustrating to see how a food truck can outperform the Sonic in Apache. Please, get it together! And reopen your dining room. Jerry invested extra in both the dining room and the driveway, and both are not being utilized properly.
The food is often not prepared correctly or incomplete, but the staff is very friendly.
Waited over 45 minutes to get our food. There was only one other vehicle in the bays but we watched as at least 4 cars came and went through the drive-thru. We then got our order, to find that it was incorrect, and charged for items not in the bag. Apache Sonic will not see any business from us again.
