This izakaya uses fresh, local ingredients, and prepares them skillfully in a modern style. All the seafood that we ordered – including a sushi assortment and grilled sanma – was fresh and delicious. The Caesar Salad was a standout. The limited edition Aomori sakes were also delicious, and reasonably priced. No pretensions, just a fun, casual atmosphere with extremely good value for money.
