All of the bread here is natural and vegan, and I tried almost every kind and enjoyed them all. I particularly loved the bread with chocolate filling and the bread with mashed pumpkin filling. The owner, originally from Aomori, moved to Nagano to start her bakery before returning to be closer to her parents. She mentioned that there aren't many people in the area interested in buying healthy bread, so let's support her efforts! I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area. The bakery is conveniently located on the same street as Chamama Cafe, one of the few vegetarian restaurants in Aomori (with vegan options).

All of their bread is natural and vegan, and I had the pleasure of trying almost every variety they offer, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed. The charcoal breads were a standout for me, especially the ones with chocolate and mashed pumpkin fillings. The owner, originally from Aomori, moved to Nagano where she started her bakery before returning to be closer to her parents in Aomori. She mentioned that there is a lack of interest in healthy breads in the area, so let's support her by showing our appreciation! I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area, conveniently located near Chamama Cafe, one of Aomori's few vegetarian restaurants with vegan options.
