This restaurant is a great choice for anyone craving tapas. We ordered two mixed plates of hot and cold tapas and they were absolutely delicious. Despite the restaurant being busy in the evening on a national holiday, our food arrived quickly. The Spanish hacienda interior is a perfect fit for the atmosphere. Make sure to take a moment to explore the restaurant - it may seem small and cozy from the outside, but there is more seating in the back and on the first floor. This is the ideal spot for dining with a group of friends. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning when I'm in the mood for tapas.
Apparently they've expanded and the kitchen can't accommodate the additional space so waited a long time for our food. Unfortunate because the place had a real authentic vibe to it...maybe it'll change in the future but we were disappointed. sangria was great, mussels were good too but it wasn't a good experience
As I saw in another review, they must have expanded but the kitchen does not have capacity and the food takes for ever!!! The service was very good and out waitress was funny and nice. The food was ok. Nothing special though. There were probably 5 vegetarian items but none of them was really interesting. We ordered 3 vegetarian tapas and I was disappointed by the 3. Patatas bravas was ok. Vegetable plate was laughable and the pepper was ok. I wouldn't go back!
For the first time, we decided to order a take away paella while we were there for having a late lunch. We had our own paella plate with and an empty bottle of coke (to fill with sangria . The paella was incredible. We decided to warm it up in our pellet barbecue. Even our cat was ready to attack : The paella was fresh made with a lot of seafood. 1 little remark : the rice could be a little bit more tasteful (with some more saffron . For the rest : perfect !
We started with some sangria and tapas, which were okay. However, the quality of the food went downhill from there. The iberico ham looked like it came straight from a supermarket, and the other cold cuts were similarly disappointing. The chicken was dry and overcooked, and the padron peppers lacked seasoning. We also tried the pata negra, but it was not prepared well and was difficult to eat. Overall, we were not impressed with the food at this restaurant and would recommend eating elsewhere. Hopefully you won't have to experience this disappointment.
