First time and also last time... was there for breakfast, food was good but the service was really poor... asked if we could order and the answer we got was, i... read more First time and also last time... was there for breakfast, food was good but the service was really poor... asked if we could order and the answer we got was, i am alone today instead of saying, yes I'll be right there! she came back to take our order with a grumpy face... when we went for payment we asked nicely if we could pay the bill and her answer was, there is no patience today... if you want to save labour cost then you have to deal with the consequences that you have to work harder, faster and pressure! Maybe organise better your daily operation.

My friend ordered an iced latte, and it came with sugar already added, which is unusual as it is normally up to the client to add it-or not. When we asked if it could be remade without sugar, she patronizingly told me (not the person who ordered it) that I could just drink it instead, and of course, she charged my friend twice. The pancakes were just a crepe (despite the icon in the menu). Avoid.

The staff was unfriendly and didn’t disclose that they add sugar to their coffee. It was her mistake and I ended up paying for two bad lattes. Please skip! There are so many brunch places in Antwerp that offer better food, with friendlier staff and honestly better value for food.
