It seems like they can't get a... read more This restaurant consistently disappoints with missing items, incorrect orders, and excessively long wait times in the drive-thru. It seems like they can't get anything right, every single time. Despite numerous visits, they often aren't even open during their supposed operating hours according to their app. It's as if they just choose their own hours randomly. The best solution for this place would be to have it demolished.

I tried calling them but they wouldn't answer, instead saying it was Uber's fault. Uber just delivers the food, they don't make it. They were rude and told me to go away. When I called Uber, I was connected to a voicemail in California with no help. It's understandable to make mistakes, but blaming the delivery service and being dismissive is not acceptable. KFC is a franchise, so I won't be using this location again. Not all KFCs are as incompetent as this one.

The tables were dirty, the toilets were filthy, the bins were overflowing, and the floor was sticky. The staff seemed disorganized and were not doing much work, instead shouting at each other and using inappropriate language. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she came out and used offensive language to refer to her workers before walking away while I was still talking to her. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially during a time when hygiene is crucial. KFC Antrim, please clean up your act.
