The Bellevue Arms was a Five star experience in every element, from the parking, the menu, the staff and in every other aspect. I have given a Five Star review and I although I always try to go to a different place every time I go out. This is one I will be back to.
Great spot, calm atmosphere and great location for food.
Was always highly spoke.about so we thought we would give it a go . We both ordered the steaks nearly £30 each . Plus 2 kifs meals somthing like near £90 .I asked for med rare the missus med . Bothe came out rare , tried to get through it , ate everything around the steak. The lady asked was everything ok I said the steaks weren't cooked.to the liking , so mine was taken away then returned , yet still not cooked to the way I asked . By this point just couldn't be bothered sitting about anymore , the man asked did we want dessert on the house but honestly by that time we said thanks but wer ok . Honest opinion of the day we went , maybe a new chef but someone needs to learn how to cook a good steak
Christmas dinner with colleagues
My wife and I on our first visit ever to the Bellevue Arm's. Stopped in for a bite to eat and didn't leave hungry. Food was first class and not much dearer than any other hotel, so worth the little extra.. My wife had a chicken sizzler and I had the sirloin, both very tasty and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended, will definitely be back. Nice atmosphere, staff well presented and very helpful. Well deserved 5 stars.
