The service was slow, and the food was only average. There were ants all over the counter where you place your order. If this... read more Every time I visit KFC to pick up my order, I end up waiting over 30 minutes. The strange thing is, the store is often almost empty with few customers. If this were a McDonald's or a place serving crispy chicken, the staff would be more efficient. It seems that all KFC locations have ongoing issues with delayed orders for no clear reason. I hope KFC management takes note of my feedback.

He only gave me $2 in change. After I showed him my receipt, I asked for the rest of my money. Watch out for hustlers in Hillcrest. I won’t be coming back.
