The Wild West - Antigua

Over the years we have been here a lot but this time treatment from the staff manager was appalling. Seems they are only pleasant if you don't complain.So as long as you are happy with anything they give you then your ok, we come to fuerteventura a lot but will never go to this place again. There are lots more restaurants that are better quality and with friendly staff so please don't waste your hard earned money going here

We tried this place on our second night. Huge mistake. Food was so bad. My wife had a Salmon Supreme . It was supreme ok, Over cooked to hell and spuds were out of date.She tried to eat it then gave the whole night throwing up the salmon at our apartment. My chicken was overcooked also. hard as a rock. Worst meal we had during our stay.

It was ok. We ate here last night because we had been here before around 4 years ago and we had a great experience so we went back again but unfortunately it wasn’t as good as we thought it would be. We were sat and it took quiet a while to order any drinks and then once we had ordered our starters and food we were then eating our starters still waiting for drinks. We also ordered some water which never arrived at the table and no one came over to check if everything was ok with the food despite lots of members of staff walking past us. Food was ok, quick easy. There was no fish which was unfortunate and it would’ve been helpful to have been informed of this before we came to order and then to be let down that there wasn’t any. It was an average meal.

Fast dinner with a small child. Menù too wide, good choice also for the little ones. fast and kind service, good quality, average prices.

Arrived here whilst quite busy . Directed to a table from a distance and menus delivered. Wasn’t ready to order a drink and then waited 15 minutes before someone came over. Food very nice( mixed meat paella) just a shame thd older guy with glasses that takes the orders knocked our bottle of wine over. He then pushed paella pan over saying nearly. Got a cloth mopped rest up and never came near us again until asked by another waiter to bring bill. Dropped card machine and ran away obviously avoiding us as he had spilt our wine and didn’t even offer a proper apology. Yet he waited at all other tables for bill to be paid. I tapped my card and my husband said shame you spilt our wine and didn’t offer even a glass of wine to us he just said see you next year.., Shame food was nice just appalling service!! Won’t be back!
