We ignored this and co... read more Not the greatest of starts when we were shown a table for 2 and then asked to move as it had been reserved…. to one opposite the toilets! We ignored this and concentrated on the job in hand- the menu! This restaurant does not have a huge menu but this is a good thing! Each dish is prepared with love and attention. Gorgeous vegetables served piping hot, delicious blue cheese sauce, steak done to perfection. Ambience dim lighting, romantic, just the right amount of chit chat going on…. you won’t be disappointed here, but book early! We booked from the UK 2 weeks prior.

We didn’t need to book when we got here as we went early but I appreciated how responsive the restaurant was communicating We had a nice meal here. Food was good quality, my kiddo loved the chicken nuggets so much she ordered a second plate. The chicken was good quality Others had steak which were tasty, they did not care so much for the accoutrements and would have much preferred them served with salad and fries. That could be just their preference. I had Moroccon lamb, the cous cous was dry and could have been served with way more tazkiki and less bread, the ratio was off but overall was nice enough

When we arriv... read more Had a lovely meal here on our wedding anniversary. I booked a few weeks before we came and mentioned I was booking because it was our anniversary. When we arrived they had Happy Anniversary banners on the wall next to our table and gave us two glasses of champagne (prosecco) on the house. The meal was excellent, I had chicken liver pate to start and my wife had garlic bread with chorizo, for mains I had the pork loin and my wife had salmon in filo pastry, you could tell everything was freshly cooked to perfection. The vegetables and potatoes I would have as a meal on their own, beautiful. For dessert we shared a brandy snap basket with ice cream and fruit which was delicious. For ambience, service, food and value, this has to be the best place I've been to.

Got lucky with a 7 30 pm walk in and it was fantastic The food was first class and the service was friendly and professional.
