Living up to even the fussiest expectations, the place delivers each time. What 's not to love? The spectacular 180 degree view stretching from vieux Antibes all the way to Italy? The clean modern lines highlighted by rich fabrics and natural overtones echoing the sea and landscape around? Their mixologist who reminds you what cocktails really should be like? The friendliest service from the parking we love the ever smiling voiturier, despite the 30C+ temperatures to the interior service staff and the warm and professional maitre d '. Everything works like clockwork without intrusion, a true hallmark of 5 star service. It 's all very professional without being stuffy. Food is amazing, a real culinary journey on every level. The menu is based on Mediterranean classics, every ingredient is treated with the love and respect it deserves. Desserts not overly sweet, actually enjoyable without overdoing the meal. They clearly have Michelin aspiration, so I suggest to go and enjoy the experience while it is still available to mere mortals as it is affordable.
