As I was picking up my food at the counter, I was struck in the eye by what I believe was a chunk of ice thrown by an employee from the kitchen area. Adding to the awful service was a filthy dining area, dirty tables and no ice inthe soda machine. We used to enjoy eating at this location but over the last year it's gone down hill. Only positive was thecashier.

After working for eight hours, I arrived in a moving truck hoping to grab a meal. However, I was told that their dining room was closed. Since my 26-foot box truck couldn’t fit through the drive-thru, I decided to walk up to the window to place my order. Instead of assisting me, they informed me that they wouldn’t serve me and labeled me a hazard for being in their driveway. It just doesn't make any sense.

However, to... read more I've been a loyal customer at Wendy's since they opened in Anthem. Now at 77 years old, I don't drink much soda, so I typically order a kid's drink. However, today I was informed by a teenage manager that the company policy has changed, and I can only order a kid's drink if I purchase a kids' meal. Afterward, I went to McDonald's and had no issues, but I do prefer Wendy's burgers. It seems that in Arizona, it's against the law to deny water to anyone, so I'm curious if this manager is aware of that.

I didn’t place my order until 6:03, and I didn’t receive my cheeseburger Deluxe, fries, and two small Frosties until 6:28. The hot fry guarantee has never met our standards.
