Charleys Cheesesteaks - Anthem

I had a wonderful sandwich and some of the best fries ever! I will be back and will also visit other locations. And they had good prices.

The restaurant experience was decent. I recommend trying the old school sandwich; however, the cheese whiz on it was a bit salty, just a heads up for anyone considering it. Aside from that, everything else was spot on.

The cheese steak sandwich was excellent, and the fries were tasty as well. Service was quick.

I recently visited Philadelphia and stopped by Geno's for a Philly Cheesesteak. While I thought it was decent, I didn’t feel it was exceptional. I had similar feelings about Charley's. I appreciate the concept behind these places, but I wasn't particularly impressed. I specifically ordered my sandwich without a pickle and asked for it to be cut into two pieces, but I still received the pickle and my sandwich wasn't cut. There's really no excuse for getting the order wrong like that. Additionally, I requested my meal to go, but it wasn't packaged that way. When I inquired about it, I was handed a box to wrap it myself. It felt like service and customer satisfaction weren't priorities during my visit, which was disappointing.

The best, mouthwatering, delicious cheese steak I've ever had, and I was 3 times in philly!
