Food was over cooked, fries had a ton of salt, was given one very thin napkin with a chili cheese dog that was leaking due to excessive heat from microwave. Food had time/temperature abuse. I won?t return to this store. I was not taken seriously

The food was overcooked, and the fries were excessively salty. Additionally, I received a very flimsy napkin with a chili cheese dog that seemed to be microwaved for too long. It honestly felt like the food hadn't been prepared properly in terms of time and temperature. I won't be returning to this restaurant, as I feel my experience was not taken seriously.

The food was overcooked and dry. I also ordered a chili dog that was served way too hot. The server seemed a bit careless, as they just placed a thin napkin in a bag with my two orders. The fries were overly salted, likely because I had requested them without salt. Overall, I was really disappointed. The food was terrible, and I regret visiting this place.

I ordered a PaPa Burger with a side of onion rings and requested BBQ sauce. Unfortunately, the PaPa Burger was missing the usual sauce, and there was no tomato. It had just a few pieces of lettuce, some onions, and worst of all, only one slice of pickle. I could have gone to McDonald's and paid half the price for a better burger. To make matters worse, there was no BBQ sauce for the onion rings. Usually, the PaPa Burger is fantastic, but this time it really missed the mark.

I ordered a papa burger and a spicy papa burger, and at no point did I mention to hold the tomatoes. However, I ended up with two regular papa burgers and no spicy one. It's frustrating that such a simple two-item order couldn't be managed correctly. You should be embarrassed by this mistake.
