We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant tonight. We placed our order at 7:27 PM. But by 8:15 PM, we still hadn't received our food. We repeatedly a... read more We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant tonight. We placed our order at 7:27 PM. But by 8:15 PM, we still hadn't received our food. We repeatedly asked the cashier, a young man wearing a black hat and glasses for an update, but he was unhelpful. He claimed he had no idea when our food would be ready. When we requested a refund, he said he didn't know how to do that and walked away. Unfortunately, we never received our food and had to leave empty handed. Never got a refund either. Now i wished we never tipped. We walked away with three medium drinks and thats it. We had to ask for those too. This experience was frustrating and a waste of our time. I hope management can address these issues to improve service for future customers.
