We spent Saturday night after Thanksgiving at the Morning Star motel and were looking for an early breakfast on Sunday morning. That's when we found Anson Donut... read more We spent Saturday night after Thanksgiving at the Morning Star motel and were looking for an early breakfast on Sunday morning. That's when we found Anson Donuts, which opens at 5 am every day of the week. They have an impressive selection of croissants filled with delicious combinations of ham, bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese, as well as kolaches. True to their name, they also offer a variety of donuts. On Sunday mornings, they didn't have cinnamon rolls or apple fritters, but those are usually available on other days. The coffee was good too. Overall, we had a great experience!

They offer a wide variety of delicious treats, including donuts, pigs in a blanket, kolaches, and croissants.
