We started off With a beer tasting session where we wer... read more During a recent couple of days of business Meetings, the organiser booked Our Group into Ansnes Brygger. We started off With a beer tasting session where we were shown the brewing room and received a good telling of the Development and history behind the concept. We tried 5 of their 11 different beers. We had no complaints at all. Our German colleagues were especially taken With the weiss beer. We then had a meal in the Kroa With a different beer With each course. As many People in Norway are finding out, beer is the new wine! Our meal was camshell as a starter, followed by filet of beef and a desert of pannecotte With raspberry sorbet on a bed of chocolate dirt....honest. Very good food. Absolutely Worth a visit.
