I had the Dare Devil Burger which already come... read more Only reason why it gets a 2 star is because it came on time. Other than that, it was an over priced basic burger. I had the Dare Devil Burger which already comes with bacon, and cheddar cheese. I ordered extra and you could tell there wasnt extra. The burger was dry, and the taste average. Also the curly fries was barely warm. I also had a BBQ Crispy Chicken burger, and it was the same color of a beef burger meaning over cooked. The buns were store bought most likely. The patties did not appear homemade like they say. Need more options for sides, only other option is to not get any sides. Which is a terrible option. 30 euros minimum order for delivery is too high plus 2 euro delivery fee, and they have the nerve to ask for tips at 5%, 10%, 15%. Which is NO BUENO!!! I just closed the page on that part. All in all, youd be better off getting a signature classic burger from McDonalds for alot cheaper. P.S. McDonald's has Brioche Buns. Yall should get some of those for Artisan type burgers.!!!

The food was, of course, ice cold. Of the two coleslaws we ordered, only one was included, but we would have preferred to do without it. The mayo smelled really strong and it was inedible, completely spoiled. I don't know what was going on, but this was a really bad experience.

The burge... read more Delivery was over 35 minutes later than stated, even though I ordered well before the store opened – they could at least give some notice/plan better. The burger and wedges were consequently cold and soggy. The burger bun halves were partially burnt black, and overall the taste was underwhelming and not worth the money. When I complained by phone, they were rather unhelpful and offered a replacement burger – but they weren't interested.
