Leider musste ich wieder einmal feststellen das das Mc Donalds in Ansbach sich leider überhaubt nicht verbessert hat. Kein bißchen...Gravierende fehler wurden/w... read more Leider musste ich wieder einmal feststellen das das Mc Donalds in Ansbach sich leider überhaubt nicht verbessert hat. Kein bißchen...Gravierende fehler wurden/wird immer noch gemacht in der Küche ! Die warte Zeiten sind teilweise katastrophal, Bedienungen klären einen nicht ordentlich auf bei der Bestellung an der Kasse. Es wird immer schlechter und schlechter... Ich finde es wirklich sehr sehr schade so einen schlechten Ruf zu machen... Es gab mal eine Zeit wo ich/wir sehr gerne dort essen gingen, aber nun überlegen wir es uns 2 mal 3 mal ob wir da wieder essen gehen sollten ! Ich könnte hier jetzt weitere Negative Eigenschaften aufzählen aber anstandshalber verzichte ich es mal...

Actually, everything you want... Example 1 McRib, see photo. It can't be so hard to prepare a McRib that you can eat it. Example 2: In the last few weeks I ordered a total of 5x 9 Spicy Chicken McNuggets with Pommes. Each time with 3 servings Sweet Chily sauce. I only have one sauce every time. Basic software errors! On the invoice, the 3 sauces are shown, on the list for the staff that compiles the order is only 1 sauce. Can happen once a product is reintroduced. But that can't happen 5 times. If the programmers are unable to fix this, at least the branch manager should inform his staff. It's not fun to be put every time as someone who is unable to remember what he ordered.

After half an hour wait, I get the wrong menus. courtesy I told the blonde layer manager that I ordered other menus with the cash register in hand and as answer no hello apology or so only “ rudely took away the bag my order was thrown into the same bag, so just nasty and that was “So not badly meant but who pleases such layer managers? What happened to this place?
