Unfortunately, a huge disappointment – wedding reception canceled due to overbooking We had booked the Uelder Bahnhof train station in Anröchte early for our we... read more Unfortunately, a huge disappointment – wedding reception canceled due to overbooking We had booked the Uelder Bahnhof train station in Anröchte early for our wedding on July 25th and were full of anticipation for this special day. Unfortunately, we were informed 2.5 weeks before the ceremony that the date was overbooked – and thus had to resort to an alternative location. This was a shock for us. A cancellation at such short notice for such an important event is not only disappointing, but also a huge organizational problem – especially during peak season when many other locations are already fully booked. We would have liked more professionalism, reliability, and, above all, a more honest approach. For a bride and groom, this doesn't just mean a postponement, but an emotional and logistical nightmare. It's a shame that customers who wanted to spend one of the most important days of their lives there are treated this way. We therefore unfortunately cannot recommend the Uelder Bahnhof train station.
