Had a Friendly experience, Mr Reggie was our cashier and attended us with generosity. Got all my food and I was the only one without a drink and he offered a water cup, in the past with Mr Reggie he has been more than a friendly person. I was at this location about 30 minutes ago and ordered a strawberry and a vanilla shake at the drive-thru. The wait time was terrible; the car in front of us ended up driving off without their order, and we were almost ready to do the same. The staff should have asked the car at the window to pull forward. When we finally received our shakes and drove away, we noticed that both were only half full. It’s unreasonable... We ordered around 7pm the box meal. She said there was a 20 minute wait for bone in chicken. She then said I could get the breasts that were left and she could give me chicken strips 3 to 1 breast. I agreed to that. When I got to the window she then told me they had no green beans. She seemed nervous so I didn't lose my temper as I have done some places before. She thanked me for being so understanding. The food was good but I really wanted green beans with my mashed potatoes and gravy.
Disappointed in the fried chicken sandwich, didn't taste fresh, staff seemed
