Wow! We are so happy we finally discovered Chef T's! What a hidden gem! The service was exceptional, and the food was even better! I ordered the beef liver and onions with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The liver was tender, and the gravy was hot and flavorful! The mashed potatoes were great, and the coleslaw was fantastic! You could tell that the chef made his own dressing; it had just the right amount of sweetness! My wife had the chopped pork BBQ with fries and baked beans. I have to say, she finished everything except for a few fries. I tried the baked beans, and they were perfect—just the right amount of onions and a sweet, spicy flavor that I couldn't quite identify. Really delicious! I also took home a piece of homemade pecan pie to enjoy later, and it looks amazing! You all really need to check out Chef T's in Alexandria, Alabama! It’s the best!
