I visited this place last week. They serve some good south Indian dishes and especially dishes from Pondicherry. The service was great, the place was peaceful and the presentation was excellent.
We go to this unique gem in Annemasse regularly and have recommended it to many people because of the quality of good food and authenticity and uniqueness be it taste, offering and most importantly the it being a family run home like food expedition.
Mmmmm! Really great authentic food! Love the contemporary element they have brought to the scene. Had the Pondy Shrimp and the taste was great asked the chef to make it extra spicy and oh boy did it make me tickle!
Just stopped by for lunch and had one of their preset bowls . Good products, tasty and nicely presented (and yes, for once it will be spicy if you ask for it , thanks! . Had a very good and quite nourishing chapati on the side. Efficient service. No problem.
I was surprised by the menu of this restaurant as it had very unfamiliar dishes (all include rice) and not a large list of choices but a good range. We tried two sautés dishes, a lamb one and the shrimp/calamari one and they were both delicious. The garlic/corriander cheese chapati was also excellent. The restaurant has a very nice family vibe and the staff were very friendly. The takeaway price has a 10% discount and came within 15 minutes even though the restaurant was fairly busy. It is not cheap (our 3 items came in at 45 euros) but as they include rice it is not unreasonable and the meat was of a good quality. We will definitely go back. Unfortunately they did not have a paper takeaway menu for us to keep and their website does not seem to work.
