We ordered pasta amatriciana an... read more While the service was good, the food unfortunately wasn’t. Not authentic and did not correspond to what was written on the menu! We ordered pasta amatriciana and carbonara both were supposed to be made the traditional way with guanciale (as mentioned on the menu), however it was made with basic lardons instead. They should have informed us of the unavailability of guanciale and we would have chosen a different dish. The amatriciana had olives ? And the bread was frozen, for being in France having frozen bread is not acceptable. As an Italian I can confirm this was all but authentic and traditional I do not recommend.
