As the title implies, the food is good in parts. Some dishes are generous while others are small. House red wine was good and the shells and chips eat as much as you want.
If you are sea food lover, this will be a good place to go. very close from our hotel (5 min. walking)
Stayed at the Ace hotel nextdoor for four nights for a cycling event in Annecy. Decided to eat here on the first night rather than travel down I nto Annecy or try the nearby fast food chains. The food was fantastic (especially the desserts) and I was made to feel most welcome by the manager and the other staff that I didn’t even try anywhere else for the other three nights, and just for the record they do a chicken dish as well as the seafood and that was just as good. Would definitely recommend.
The restaurant was close to the hotel we were staying at, so we walked there out of curiosity, but after eating the first evening, we decided to go back again. I took the dish of the day (salmon) and as it was so good I asked for it also the day after. They offer different combinations so you can taste different things without spending a fortune. The oysters, for example, were fresh and well displayed on a classy dish covered with ice. As a dessert I had a fabolous Crème brûlée, so fresh and creamy... the best ever!
Despite the average ratings of this restaurants, we took the opportunity to have lunch in this restaurant. The restaurant is located next to the commercial centre of Seynod (Arcaloz). Parking is available and booking is not required. The restaurant offers classical fish choices and also a daily menu. A list of different wines by glass, half bottle and bottle is available. We had chosen the Dorade fillet fish accomponied by a half bottle of Chardonnay from Saint-Veran. The value price is excellent. Fish was served with grilled potatoes. Service of the restaurant were a little slow but this is the only minor item I can recall. Well done and we will certainly return.
