I booked a table for four in a short time. We were lucky. after we saw the comments on tripadvisor, we were expecting to be well. We weren't expecting a head start. the modesty of this restaurant makes a blink of an eye to molecular cuisine, but it integrates it and combines the refined elements with a soil-to-land and healthy quality. from the amusement-bouche to coffee, each offer of the menu discovery of the dishes, a staggering to 47 euros, was a revelation and a testimony of the know-how of the chef in the kitchen. The service was impeccable. I don't know anyone who says otherwise. To crown it all, there was a convention in town so, at the end of the evening, there were no taxis available. the chief/patron has taken us back to our hotel. Gaëlle et nicolas, it was a pleasure and a privilege to meet you and enjoy your food. You're really heading towards greatness.
