Pizza Hut - Annandale

Had a Hawaian Large for a value price. About $12 with tax. However the dough is too thick making the pizza way too fatening. Also the cheese they use is not good. Flavor is artificial. My order had light marinara yet they put as much as a regular one. All these franchise chains pizzerias used to be good many years ago. Not anymore. I made my decision not to consume again from PizzaHut, Dominos nor Papa Johns. They all suck.

The place offers a nice variety of delicious food. I like dining here. The employees are always super nice, prices are convenient and the place is always kept clean.

Have ordered twice they never seem to get my ? pizza right . They just give what ever . I've wasted $24 twice from PIZZA HUT .. NEVER AGAIN.. They are the worst. They need better employee .

The foor was good and the customer service even better. The lady that answered our call today to add on to our order was extremely friendly. We had no complaints yet they still went above and beyond to make up for the delivery taking a little longer then normal.

Had a terrible delivery experience tonight! Food was good and correct. But our delivery driver didn't bring the drinks we ordered and then said he was too busy to go back to store to get them! Initially, he said we didn't order drinks, and I showed him on receipt we did and he said he didn't have them but would just give us a couple of 2 liters instead. Except the two 2 liters were different drinks than the ones we ordered so when we said we didn't want them he got frustrated and even more rude! Eventually, he just took the bottles from me, and said fine he will go back to store but it would be a while. He said we should be happy because he offered us bigger drinks than what we ordered. When we refused, he got mad at us! When did the customer become the bad guy? Finally, I just called store and got credited for drinks I ordered as I was so over it at that point. Probably won't be the last time we order from here because it's the closest one that delivers but wow such a rude and disappointing display of customer service!
