What Anonym dislikes about Grumpy Donuts:
So fluffy, soft (yet puff back), and right amount of sweetness. Had their fairy bread which was decadent and addictive. A hit/miss for their fritters... only 3 small bits of fruits, the rest is just bread/dough View all feedback.

I purchased a box of 4 donuts at this restaurant. The donuts were soft and packed with a lot of sugar, which some people may enjoy. The fritters, especially the apple crumble and blueberry ones, were intense and delicious with a tasty glaze and filling. The cookies and cream donut was also enjoyable, with a perfect balance of crumbs, icing, and fluffy dough.
I would go back just for the fritter. The fritter was so soft and fluffy. I forgot what flavour it was (may have been a white choc blueberry) but it was hella good ! <br/ <br/ The doughnut with the pink icing and sprinkles was a take on the Simpson doughnut. I found it overly sweet but that may have just been me because I had the apple fritter before it (I’m the type of person who can’t handle too many sweet things at once).<br/ <br/ The service was great. If i ever go back to Sydney, I will definitely visit Grumpy Donuts again.
I am not a donut lover but then there aretimes you have this sugar rush and you want to escape but its best done if in right quantity! We ordered 2 peanut butterbing and snorkers both of them were like the best thing we had in this last one week. Supergood !

I'm not usually one to have vegan or gluten free food, but these donuts were amazing! I had the chocolate mint donut, as well as the peanut butter chocolate donut, both of which were amazing! They weren't too sweet but weren't overly savoury either. The only thing I could note to improve on was the packaging of the donuts, I wish they could be in a box of some sorts, but they were just placed one on top of the other with some paper in the middle and put in a bag. Other than that, it was perfect!

The staff was friendly, they could have canceled their game after prior criticism. The donut holes were unpleasant chewing, but the glazed donut was beautiful and fluffy and tasty. It seems too much for such a reason donut to cost.
The only thing that's grumpy is the people who sell the donuts. Other than the donuts were some of the best I had in Sydney. I know that you all probably know that you have a great name or whatever, but decent customer service and... maybe a smile helps to make the experience better:
The donuts are big, but the social distancing rules were not followed when 4 employees were distorted in the small shop. That was my first time I shaking Donuts. The employee stood before the selection and made me unwilling. When we tried to pay the employee for the SMS on his phone. Overall, the shop lived up to its name “Grumpy”
If you’re after something light as a feather, soft as a pillow and super sweet .... here you go! These are just like krispy kreme and you can ask for them to be vegan! Delicious!
Donuts are one of life's greatest pleasures. What better than a light and fluffy piece of dough with delicious toppings. We love donuts. What we don't love is poor customer service and every single time we have left the store feeling unwelcome. A fake smile...when you walk in and then you're just completely ignored as the staff talk amongst themselves. We are all about supporting small businesses but three strikes and you're out.
